Mr.
Johnson founded Oliver Real Estate
Services having established a distinguished
and extensive career in commercial
real estate spanning 26 years.
He
has been in a leadership position
with a variety of regional and national
organizations, having built several
quality property management teams.
As a former president of the Minneapolis
BOMA Board of Directors, Mr. Johnson
is recognized as a leader in the industry
and has also served several other
prominent professional organizations.
He
started with Oxford Development in
the late 1970’s in property
management and leasing downtown mixed-use
office and retail projects, including
such notable properties as Town Square
in St. Paul and the IDS Center in
Minneapolis. He joined Trammel Crow
five years later successfully building
a property management team overseeing
a 2 million square foot suburban office
and industrial portfolio.
