Douglas L. Johnson, Principal
Mr. Johnson has a distinguished and extensive career in commercial real estate facilities and project management spanning 30 years. Prior to starting Oliver Real Estate Services, Inc., he has been in a leadership position with a variety of regional and national organizations, having built several quality property and project management teams at Liberty Property Trust, Marquette Partners, Trammel Crow and Oxford Development. As a former president of the Minneapolis BOMA Board of Directors, Mr. Johnson is recognized as a leader in the industry and has also served several other prominent professional organizations.
Throughout his career in property management, Mr. Johnson has had direct responsibility for the oversight of building operations, administration, customer service, capital improvements and construction. Most recently Oliver Real Estate Services has worked with the University of Minnesota Capital Planning and Project Management, Minneapolis College of Art & Design, and Parametric Technologies. He has managed over 25 projects ranging in size from $500,000 to $36 million, including multiple data centers, a dental simulation laboratory, corporate offices, an historic classroom building renovation, large office and classroom renovations, major mechanical retrofits, and a new museum.
Thomas M. Dillon, Senior Project Manager
Tom Dillon joined Oliver Real Estate Services in 2008 as a Project Manager working on several projects with the University of Minnesota. Mr. Dillon has also worked for the past eight years with APEX Asset Management Corp. and Alatus Partners as a Senior Project Manager. As Senior Project Manager he has had the responsibility of overseeing real estate developments from their initial site selection to final unit sell out. Mr. Dillon has managed and is a partner in both the Grant Park Condominiums and The Carlyle Condominiums in Minneapolis.
Mr. Dillon has spent his entire real estate career in the Minneapolis - St. Paul market. Starting his career in 1981 with Coldwell Banker Commercial, Mr. Dillon has worked in the property management business, real estate development, multi family housing and mortgage banking business. He has also been active in several professional organizations including both BOMA and NAIOP.
Becky Perkins, Administrative Coordinator
Ms. Perkins has worked with Oliver Real Estate Services since January of 2006 in an administrative capacity. She has several years experience with other real estate organizations, including Hennepin County Real Estate Division and Meritex Enterprises Inc.
Becky has over 35 years experience in business administration, including both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Her administrative, research, sales and customer service skills are top-notch and she is an excellent administrator and project manager. Her success lies in her commitment to customer satisfaction and support.
