Project Summary

Oliver Real Estate Services, Inc. directed the planning of the proposed Bell Museum of Natural History, starting with schematic design through Guaranteed Maximum Pricing, for the proposed 72,300 square foot, $36 million University of Minnesota project. It contains 25,000 square feet of exhibit space, a 300 seat auditorium, cafe, gift shop, classroom, administrative offices and dramatic public spaces. The project occupies a 13 acre site, featuring a 1.5 living acre pond, five representative Minnesota biomes, walking trails and outdoor exhibit areas.
