Project Summary
Renovation of a three story 1923 historic classroom building and a two story 1950's classroom building, connected with a new common area building totaling $5.9 million. The project includes classrooms, seminar rooms, lecture hall, computer lab and faculty offices.
Unique Characteristics
- The building's interior finishes, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems have been totally demolished and modernized to meet current code.
- This complex renovation includes adding several structures to accommodate exit stairways, lecture halls, updated classrooms and offices, as well as a unique HVAC system design that would not compromise the historic architecture of the building.
